Location was BEST POSSIBLE, and I enjoyed themed rooms and remarkable staff. Lovely breakfast, exceptional service. The beds were quiet, I slept well.

Besides, we were walking distance to bars and restaurants. Delightful staff was always available. Hotel was fairly clean. Top location, excellent services and fine bed. And within walking distance of the beach.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

There were good location and staff for a fun stay. I got free upgrade and loved it. Hotel offered papers in the lobby. What's mote - there was excellent internet.

It was tidy and the staff were fantastic, beds were super. Breakfast was perfect, fresh fruit, toast, eggs, cheese and pastries - all exceptional. Really enjoyed villa overlooking the canal. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Spectacular location, 10 minutes' walk to Gran Casino de Lanzarote.

Kitchen in our room included a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. A wide array of restaurants and bars are just walking distance from this hotel. Generally the service was superb.

outstanding reception. in the evening we visited tipico canario, set near the hotel. it was worth its 3 stars.
